Terms
Exhibitor Service Kit
Freeman is the official general contractor for 2026 NACo. The Freeman discount deadline is Thursday, June 18th.

- Furniture
- Shipping services
- Internet service
- Electrical
- Rigging services
- Audio/Visual services
Note: Your booth does NOT come with furnishings or electrical and floor covering is required.
The exhibit area is not carpeted. Show Management requires all exhibitors provide flooring for their booth. If you do not place your carpet order by 12:00 PM CST on Friday, July 17, 2026, you will be force carpeted and be responsible for the charge.
All booth flooring must be secured to the floor with double-sided tape to prevent a tripping hazard.
Booth Details
Booth equipment
Each 10' x 10' booth will be set with 8' high back drape and 3' high side drape. Booths 300 sqft or less will receive an identification sign. Booths larger than 300 sqft may receive an identification sign upon request.
Exhibit hall carpet
The exhibit area is not carpeted. The aisles will be carpeted. Show Management requires all exhibitors provide flooring for their booth. You may order your carpet or flooring through the Exhibitor Kit.
Exhibitor Badge Registration
As an exhibitor, you receive two (2) complimentary registrations per 10x10 exhibit space.
You can register and view the full conference agenda by visiting the NACo Annual Conference website. If you have not previously attended a NACo event, you will be asked to create an account. Once your account is verified (typically within 24 hours), you will receive a confirmation email from NACo and can continue with the registration process. Note: setting up your account with NACo does not confirm registration for the conference – you must go back to the registration page to complete your registration.
Once you reach the page to select your registration type, click “I have a promotional code” and enter code ACEXHIBITOR2026. The system will track the complimentary registrations you receive with your booth space to ensure you do not go over the allotted amount. You are able to purchase additional registrations at the current corporate non-member rate as listed on the website.
Registrations to pre-conference events are not included with registration.
Housing
NACo's negotiated housing blocks are now open.
Discounted rates are available until the hotel cutoff date of Wednesday, June 24, 2026; however, rooms could sell out prior to this date, so register and reserve your room now!
You will receive the housing reservation link in the confirmation email sent after your registration is received.
